You are not alone

The menopause is a natural and inevitable change that can be the start of a beautiful, stronger and wiser you.

Let me help you find your smile, energy and balance again.

Portrait of a Woman

One of my biggest passions is supporting women who are suffering (often in silence) with the long list of symptoms that arrive with the peri-menopause and menopause.

Even today, menopause  is mentioned in hushed tones and many women are unaware that there physical, mental and emotional symptoms are possibly due to changing hormones from their late thirties.

There is so much unnecessary suffering and I want you to know that you do not have to endure the sleepless nights, hot flushes, itchy skin, anxiety, body aches (to name a few of the common symptoms) that can often accompany this period in your life.

Research is now almost unanimous in its conclusions that to reduce symptoms, a holistic mind, body approach is extremel effective.

I needed support with menopausal issues and I immediately felt I was in very safe hands. Dinah is generous, kind and shines with authenticity and

I cannot recommend her highly enough

What does a holistic approach mean?

It means having a healthy diet, moderate regular exercise and access to relaxation tools and techniques.

During this time when life can often feel overwhelming we need extra support and this is where I come in. Whether you are looking for a sympathetic ear, to find more balance, nutritional advice or simple relaxation techniques, I work with you and where you are now to support your journey back to feeling great again.

With an integrated approach, we will determine what is right for you. That may include kinesiology, nutritional supplementation, meditation techniques or simple yoga exercises.

Together we will create a gentle strategy that empowers you to feel back  in control of your mind and body so that the next phase of your life is the best yet.
