For the past thirty years, I have spent time in various centres across Asia studying yoga and meditation,  I qualified as a yoga teacher in 2013. I studied under Zen Master Daizan Roshi where he combines East Asian with the ancient Indian traditions.

In more recent years, my practice has moved towards a Yin Yoga or Restorative yoga style where poses are usually lying or sitting on the mat and held for longer allowing for a deeper and yet gentler fascia release which is felt on both a physical and mental/emotional level. I have also studied and qualified in Yin Yoga.

I am a 400 hour yoga and meditation teacher and currently teach gentle, restorative yoga online.
